A Lick and a Promise

That's what my grandmother calls it when you do what I'm about to do today. The plan is to run through the house, dusting and vacuuming almost at the same time, straightening up enough so the place looks good enough to -- leave. Yeah, Mickey and I are heading down to Key West for a couple of days. The flight leaves tonight and I've just got a "thing" about coming home to a messy place. So, I'm going to give it a lick and a promise and try not to think about the dust bunnies beneath the couch.
